Creating an environment where employees can work safely and comfortably is an important responsibility for companies. At our company, we always put safety first, not only for our employees but also for all those involved in work at our offices and Plant, and create an environment where they can concentrate on their work with peace of mind.

At our company, we have established an occupational safety and health management system and established an "occupational safety and health policy," and through various meetings and activities such as the "Quality, Environment and Safety Conference" and "Health and Safety Group," We have worked to improve occupational safety and health by strengthening communication, including education, across the board, including affiliated companies that work at Plant. In addition to classroom-based safety education, employees working on Plant floor also receive simulated training for accidents that can lead to injury, such as getting caught in or falling.

While continuing initiatives to date, we will continue to achieve zero occupational accidents by increasing our sensitivity to dangers and thoroughly practicing basic operations.
