	Selected for inclusion in the FTSE JPX Blossom Japan Index Created by global index provider FTSE Russell, the FTSE JPX Blossom Japan is designed to measure the performance of Japanese companies that demonstrate outstanding environmental, social and governance (ESG) performance. The index is widely used in the creation and evaluation of sustainable investment funds and other financial products, and has been adopted as one of the criteria for ESG investment decisions by investors around the world and the General Pension Investment Fund (GPIF).
	Selected for inclusion in the FTSE JPX Blossom Japan Sector Relative Index The FTSE JPX Blossom Japan Sector Relative Index, created by global index provider FTSE Russell, reflects the relative performance of Japanese companies that excel in environmental, social and governance (ESG) performance in their respective sectors. The indexes are designed to be sector-neutral. In addition, in order to facilitate the transition to a low-carbon economy, only those companies with particularly high greenhouse gas emissions are included, with improvement initiatives assessed by the TPI Management Quality Score. This index has been adopted as a passive ESG management benchmark by the General Pension Investment Fund (GPIF).
