Sustainability promotion system

Promotion Structure

J-OIL MILLS Group regards ESG as an indicator of corporate value and has established Sustainability Committee as the foundation of an internal system for actively promoting ESG Management and sustainability initiatives linked to the company's long-term strategy and growth investments.
This committee is comprised of three subcommittees: the Sustainable R&D Subcommittee, the Sustainable Procurement and Environment Subcommittee, and the Human Rights Subcommittee, which have six subcommittees under them. Each subcommittee and subcommittee is assigned an Executive Officer as its manager, and under their leadership, they initiatives plans and implement specific measures. Sustainability Committee organically connects the activities of each subcommittee and manages progress on a quarterly basis, reporting to Executive Committee and Board of Directors.
Going forward, we will continue to communicate the efforts of this committee both inside and outside the company, and through stakeholder engagement, we will work to improve our corporate value by resolving social issues.
